The Hainzenberg Lodge is a small but nice 16 square meter tiny house for 2-3 people.
The spacious kitchen is the center of the tiny house. The kitchenette is fully equipped and can be expanded with a worktop. The extendable dining table is located below the work surface. The kitchenette flows smoothly into the slightly raised and cozy living area. It is well thought out that part of the living area can be converted into a bench with an insertable backrest. This creates a fully-fledged dining area with a dining table and bench.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a small sink and a toilet. It's not just bathroom utensils that can be easily stored in the large built-in cupboard.
The cozy sleeping area can be reached via a small ladder and is elevated above the bathroom. With the help of the room-dividing slats you can either create a small retreat or, with open slats, simply integrate the sleeping area into the main room.
The Hainzenberg Lodge is an experience in itself! The optimal room layout and use of multifunctional elements create a living atmosphere that is larger than the number of square meters suggests.

There are mainly single-family homes and holiday apartments in the neighborhood. Due to its location on the Gerlos Pass Road, the Hainzenberg Lodge is very easy to reach in summer and winter.
The bus stops in the direction of Zell am Ziller and Gerlos are directly behind the house on Gerlospasstrasse. It is therefore possible to simply leave the car at home and take public transport in comfort.
